Spring energized seals and complementary plastic components incorporating design for assembly and design for manufacturing.
3D Solid Modeling
All drawings are based on 1:1 scale 3D solid models using SolidWorks. .STEP files and other CAM formats can also be provided.

Everything from linear static, single components through dynamic assemblies and non-linear analysis.
Seal Failure Analysis
We look at the failed component as well as the hardware and application in which it is used to determine the root cause of the failure.

Training and presentations specific to your business model prepared for you or your customers and delivered by us or your own personnel.
Drafting
Complete seal and component drawings including dimensioning, tolerancing, GD&T and revision tracking.
